A strategic plan should keep an institution true to its mission, advance its vision and honor its values. To this end, ERAU Asia Institute has established a strategic plan through collaboration between students, faculty, staff and administration. At the heart of ERAU Asia Institute’s strategic plan is the 2018-2023 ERAU Strategic Plan, which consists of five key pillars:

The 2022-2023 ERAU Asia Institute strategic plan includes seven strategic objectives, each aligned with one of the university pillars above:

Behind each of these objectives are a series of strategies, goals and measurements at the department, office and individual levels. Our strategic plan reflects our strengths and supports new aspirations.
